Fresh Dough Ltd is Laura's from-home micro bakery, serving farm shops, cafés and the community around Crowborough as well as providing training for aspiring or experienced home bakers. Laura's specialties include Croissants and Pain au chocolat, Sourdough loaves and specialty breads such as olive, walnuts and brioche. She loves experimenting and the range of product will change regularly with the seasons and experimentations

Having just opened under new management, Gill Wing Farm Shop offers a wide range of produce direct from Gill Wing Farm.
The shop, which is located on the one hundred and forty acre farm offers the very best of homegrown fare including free range meats and eggs as well as fruits, vegetables, salads, honey, jams and chutneys to name a few. Also delicious breads, pastries and dairy products including a wide selection of organic cheeses from esteemed producers such as The Goodwood Estate, Fresh Dough and High Weald Dairy.
We also offer a range of seasonal, freshly picked fruit and vegetable boxes for home delivery.
Purchases can be made in-store using contactless payment or via the online shop, with free local delivery on orders over £30 within a 5 mile radius

This family run business, located in Mark Cross, is run by the fourth generation Padfield farmers. They farm native breeds of which the cattle are either Sussex or Aberdeen Angus and the sheep are Suffolk or Romney. The cattle and lambs are either finished off on grass or are fed home grown cereals if needed. Medicines are not used routinely, only if required for the stocks welfare.

We currently source our Fruit and Vegetables directly from local farmers as well as from the local wholesale markets in London and Brighton. If there is ever anything that you need that isn't on our site please get in touch, chanced are that Anthony will hunt it down for you, whether it ba a particular type of wild mushroom, an exotic fruit or even a fresh truffle.
